Thanks for entering this year's Hermes competition and your interest in reorders! Please fill out the form below. We have space for information on up to 4, so if you need more, please hit "submit" and then return to the page for the rest. If you pay online, you can put the total in the shopping cart at the end.

Certificates are $5 each and Hermes busts are $165 each. No orders will be processed without payment. Changes may be made to certificates, but not to Hermes busts (unless there was a typo). Certificates will be printed as orders come in, but busts will be ordered all at once when reorders close on March 19, 2010. Any busts ordered after that date will include a $20 additional charge, which is what we're charged for not ordering in bulk.
